ATF's Mysterious Grenade Smuggler Case...
Moving through the process, the bills listed below are waiting for whole house votes or for new committee hearings, or are done. Legislators need to hear from you about their votes. If you don't tell them what you want them to do, they will do what they want to do and base their votes on their own beliefs, believing that you trust them to do the thinking for you. Nothing could be further from the truth....
California's famously anti-gun Senator, Dianne Feinstein (D), is at it again. This time she has put the cabosh on the two measures that would cause states to allow the recognizing of each others concealed carry permits. Naturally, she utilized the shooting of Trayvon Martin as her reason for coming against these logical and reasonable measures. Feinstein sent her objections via a letter to Senator Harry Reid, stating that the "reciprocity bills would create potentially life threatening situations for law enforcement officers," and "putting domestic violence victims in danger..." The gun control side is gloating...
Congressional Investigation has concluded that the DOJ has spent more time and resources protecting its officials careers and withholding information than it has put into effort to help the investigation.

An American Classic:

I’m not sure what it is about a classic barber shop that brings one back to a simpler time, but they just seem to evoke an old fashioned friendliness that our world too often forgets. And I’m not even a man.
“The 1880′s to the 1940′s were the golden age for barbershops. During this time, men socialized in all male hangouts, and barbershops rivaled saloons in popularity. Visiting the barbershop was a weekly, and sometimes daily habit. Men would stop in not only for a haircut and a shave, but also to fraternize with friends and chew the fat.” – The Art of Manliness
On top of the already classic nature of barber shops, it’s even better when you find one that exhibits American pride in everything from the name of their shop, to the anniversary of its opening. Having opened for business on July 4th, 2011, American Heritage Barber Shop is owned by old friends and colleagues, Anthony Natale and Gabe Gruenthal.
When asked how they started getting involved with Gun Owners of California, they attributed their introduction to our good ol’ fashioned fundraising dinners. They first started attending our annual Oroville Dinner when invited by a friend and loyal Gun Owner. A few years after attending, they decided it was time to bring a dinner to their own town. Along with a few other local Gun Owners, American Heritage Barber Shop helped organizing the Yuba Sutter Fundraising Banquet in Yuba City, and after only two years, helped turn it into one of our most successful events to date.
It is with the help of loyal Gun Owners like Gabe and Anthony that we are able to raise awareness and funds to continue fighting for the Second Amendment. If you are from the Yuba Sutter area or are passing through town and in need of a cut, stop by American Heritage Barber Shop and support the businesses that support your rights!

Starbucks is under attack again. The anti-gun, extremist, National Gun Victim's Action Council (NGVAC) and its liberal network of anti-gun organizations are instigating a nationwide boycott of Starbucks stores and products. They picked the National Day of Love to begin their campaign, Valentine's Day, 2012
Lies and Cover-ups characterised the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration and it was their undoing. This Washington times article reveals how much worse the lying and cover-up is in the current scandal, called Fast and Furious. Refusing to call Eric Holder anything other than "Mr.", he is described by the author as "shameless," "ruthless," and a Beltway Operative in charge of an "out of control Justice Department" which violates the "fundamental principle" of the rule of law. As the author of this well written article points out, Watergate didn't kill anyone. that cannot be said for this foul operation with it multiple aberrant intentions.
