Sam Paredes Speaks to Women in Arms

“WOW” commented GOC Executive Director Sam Paredes’ following his meeting with Women in Arms. “Those women are dialed in!”

WIALast week, Sam was privileged to speak before the group In Yuba City, where he gave a detailed run down on state and federal court cases, plus a legislative update on gun bills in the Legislature.

“I can’t tell you how terrific it was to speak to a group that is keenly aware of what is going on. These women are confident, skilled and intelligent – and are a huge part of the solution to the anti-gun cultural shift we are facing – here in California and across the nation.”

Established by Nikki Conley in order to “empower, educate and equalize,” Women in Arms is designed to give women the confidence that they don’t have to be at the mercy of anyone else. WIA provides women from all walks of life with training opportunities and bi-monthly target practice.

“GOC appreciates the visible and powerful message that Women in Arms is sending into their community and beyond. We are looking forward to working with them to turn back the unconstitutional, anti-Second Amendment tide that threatens our ability to protect our homes and families.”
